The certification of food and agricultural products plays an important role on the following items : improve the implementation of food and agricultural producers’ standardisation production, improve the management level of food safety, ensure the quality and safety of food and agricultural products, etc.. Under the supports of the authorities, China has set up the unified, open, competitive and well-organized certification systems of food and agricultural products, including 11 certification systems such as organic products, HACCP, Nuisance Free Agricultural Product and GAP, covering the whole process “from farm to dinner table”, and the work manner is gradually formalized as “Unfied Management and Joint Implementation”.
